Iran launches “Real Commitment-4” Round 99 operations, targeting multiple US and Israeli objectives
ME News Report, April 7 (UTC+8). On the local time of the 7th, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran issued a statement saying that during the 99th round of the “True Promise-4” operation, it carried out strikes on U.S. bases and targets in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz region, as well as military forces and command-and-control centers within occupied Palestinian territories. The statement said that starting in the early hours of that day, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy and the Air Force and Space Force launched a joint operation, firing ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and attack drones, in response to an attack on Iran’s southern Asaluyeh petrochemical complex and some affiliated facilities.
