Major Whale Shorting BTC Since Early April Faces Over $9 Million Loss
On April 22, according to monitoring by Hyperinsight, the whale address ‘pension-usdt.eth’ (0x0ddf…) that initiated a short position on BTC earlier this month has experienced significant losses. During today’s market uptrend, this position recorded a loss of $9 million. Currently, this address has not closed its position since establishing it, holding a BTC short worth $77.14 million and an ETH short worth $47.15 million, making it the largest short position holder for BTC and ETH on Hyperliquid, with total losses exceeding $13 million.
