two types of people right now:

group 1:
"AI will replace me"
"everything is saturated"
"it's too late to start now"
"I missed my opportunity"
group 2:
teaching themselves what schools won't
actually building instead of complaining
collecting AI skills while group 1 collects excuses
positioning for the next decade while you sleep
one group is tweeting about the future like it's happening to them.
the other is building it at 2am with a $20/month subscription and the kind of focus you abandoned years ago.
the gap between these two groups isn't talent. it's not even access. it's literally just the willingness to move when your brain is screaming at you to wait.
6 months from now group 1 will watch group 2 succeed and call it luck.
they'll say "they got lucky with timing" or "they picked the right tool" or some other fantasy that lets them sleep at night.
nah. luck is what you call someone else's work when you're too scared to start your own.
they just began while you were still in the comment section explaining why it wouldn't work.
