I just saw an interesting news story about how blockchain is starting to solve real problems in the job market. Open Campus, which works with decentralized education, has partnered with Le & Associates, a Vietnamese HR company, and SKALE, an AI-powered recruitment platform, to pilot a blockchain-based job matching program in Vietnam.

What I find relevant here is that this is not just another random crypto project. They are integrating Open Campus's identity infrastructure with Le & Associates' real recruitment expertise, combined with SKALE's AI technology. Basically, they are creating a system where candidates can share their credentials in a verified and trustworthy way directly with employers.

In Vietnam, this makes a lot of sense. The initial focus is on high school and university graduates entering the workforce. These candidates often have difficulty reliably validating their skills, and companies struggle to verify information. With blockchain, both sides gain transparency.

It is one of the most practical use cases I’ve seen lately. It’s not pure hype; it’s an attempt to solve a real matching problem between job supply and demand. It’s worth keeping an eye on how this pilot in Vietnam will develop.
