Just now, my phone popped up a red dot again: some coin is surging, some is opening a short... I instantly felt the urge to act, but the next second I remembered I can't hold onto spot holdings, and my contracts always say "try and it explodes." Honestly, position management boils down to one thing: don't bet tomorrow's emotions on today's single candlestick.

My current rough method is: only buy spot coins that won't affect my sleep even if they drop, treating it as a regular investment; as for contracts, if I really want to play, I treat it like buying a lottery ticket—small enough positions that I won't mind losing, otherwise it's just paying tuition to the platform. When I see big fluctuations, I want to add more, but mostly it's just notifications pushing you into impulsive trades... Anyway, I’d rather miss out than stay up all night watching the charts.

By the way, there are really a lot of phishing links lately, even hardware wallets are out of stock, and there are a bunch of "restock links"—don’t click them, go find official channels slowly. Making money isn’t necessarily fast, but losing coins can happen in a second. That’s all for now, I’m going to sleep.
