Wu said that, according to Ember monitoring, the KelpDAO hacker exchanged almost all of the 75,700 ETH (about $175 million) they held across chains into BTC within approximately a day and a half. It is reported that the hacker mainly used the THORChain protocol for this cross-chain exchange. Due to the large transaction scale, the hacker's money laundering activity also brought THORChain a trading volume of up to $800 million and about $910k in platform fee income.
