Real change is not about waiting, but about taking proactive decisions. There are three key steps: First, reverse vision. Instead of just thinking about what you want to achieve in the future, seriously consider: if you do nothing to change in five years, what will your life look like? Clearly see this possible stagnation, or even regression, and use this undesirable outcome to push yourself into action. Second, reshaping identity. Change is not only about methods but also about identity. Set a higher standard for yourself as a "target identity," such as being more disciplined, decisive, and action-oriented. When faced with a choice, think about "what would that kind of person do," and then act according to this standard, gradually aligning your behavior with your identity. Third, take immediate action. There’s no need to wait for the so-called "best time." Change begins now; make a clear decision to cut off the inertia of procrastination and hesitation from the past, and let new behaviors happen right away.
