Vitalik: Simplifying the Ethereum system is important; focus on hardware layer development
On April 22, Vitalik stated in a conversation with Xiao Feng that the Ethereum hierarchy includes multiple layers, including the protocol and application layers. Having only one layer is not enough, so attention is also given to hardware layers, security, and others.
