I found that the biggest difference between grid/DCA and “all-in with 梭” isn’t “how much you make,” but whether you can fall asleep at night... With that kind of all-in bet, it feels satisfying to look at during the day, but at night your mind automatically replays the K线, and as soon as there’s a little pullback you start writing yourself a self-criticism. In plain terms, grid and DCA are basically about breaking up the urge to “place a bet” into repeatable actions—so even when you lose, it feels more like you’re running an experiment, not like you’re going to explode emotionally.
Recently, there’s a major public chain that’s scheduled for an upgrade/maintenance, right? In the group, everyone’s guessing whether the ecosystem projects will migrate. People like me, when I see a node like this, I just thin out my positions first, narrow the grid range, and don’t let myself get swept up by a single pin—then wait for things to settle and add back. After all, if a strategy makes you keep staring at the market, then it’s probably not a strategy; it’s an excuse for anxiety. Sleep first—profit is a byproduct.
