Four-Dimensional Resonance: Hong Kong Web3 Carnival Sub-Forum Co-Designs the New Infrastructure Blueprint for Global Finance
April 22, 2026, Hong Kong — As one of the core sub-forums of the Hong Kong Web3 Carnival, the forum “Four-Dimensional Resonance: 2026 Global Financial New Infrastructure” was successfully held today at the OpenStage of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The forum was jointly hosted by Web3Labs and German-based Qidian (Singularity) Technology, and jointly hosted by Bitroot, Injective, Microsoft, and Z Oracle, with strong support from Stoneii, ENI Network, MagnetX, Picwe, AI Mall, and NeuroLabs. The event brought together heavyweight guests from the political, industrial, and investment sectors, focusing on four core areas—RWA (Real-World Assets), AI (Artificial Intelligence), DeFi (Decentralized Finance), and compliant payments—to jointly explore integrated innovation and practical implementation paths for global financial infrastructure.
Policy Guidance: Cross-Border Collaboration to Build a More Inclusive Innovation Environment
The forum specially invited Wu Jiezhuang, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Business and Innovation Technology Committee of the Hong Kong Legislative Council; Min Byung-deok, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea; and Yoon Seok-hun, Chairman of the Asian Economic Development Committee, to deliver opening remarks. The three policy guests unanimously emphasized that cross-border regulatory cooperation and policy inclusiveness are key to the development of financial technology, and called for establishing a more open international ecosystem for financial innovation to provide institutional guarantees for Asia—and even the global—financial new infrastructure.
Technology-Driven: Sketching a New Blueprint for Financial Infrastructure
In his opening speech, Caspar, CEO of Web3Labs, pointed out that as Hong Kong is an international hub for financial innovation, it needs to drive synergy among industry, capital, and policy in order to accelerate the digital upgrade of financial infrastructure. Chang Shuai, CEO of Qidian (Singularity) Technology, with the theme “Consensus · Resonance · Symbiosis,” proposed that the global financial new infrastructure is now entering a “singularity moment.”
In the keynote speech segment, JerryYu, Vice President of MagnetX, analyzed the infrastructure building of the AI Agent economy, pointing out that intelligent agents will become the underlying support for financial operations. Juan, CEO of Bitroot, proposed the “Web3 Third Public Chain Revolution,” believing that the evolution of public chain technology will push financial infrastructure into a more efficient and more trustworthy stage. JerryLu, Microsoft’s Strategy and Technology Lead, and Vincent Jin, representing Injective, respectively shared insights on “Reconstruction of AI from Tools to the Operational Layer” and “A New Era of Finance Under the AI Wave,” jointly outlining a new landscape for technology-driven financial infrastructure.
Ecosystem Co-Construction: Four Major Cooperation Outcomes Inject New Momentum into Development
Several important launch and signing ceremonies were held at the forum, injecting tangible momentum into global financial new infrastructure:
· GWDC 2026 Korea Launch: Representatives from Hong Kong and South Korea jointly announced cooperation, marking that the two places will carry out in-depth linkages in the AI and Web3 fields and accelerate the internationalization process of Asia’s financial new infrastructure.
· Strategic Cooperation Signing Between Web3Labs and Microsoft: The two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in cloud computing power, AI technology integration, and alignment of industry resources, achieving a strong alliance between tech giants and the Web3 ecosystem.
· Launch of the Civil Anti-Fraud Big Alliance Platform: Jointly promoted by Z Oracle, the Blockchain Compliance Professionals Association, SlowMist, and other institutions, it aims to build an industry security defense line and create a trustworthy financial ecosystem.
· Injective New Star Program Launch: Injective, together with Web3Labs and Microsoft, officially launched this program. The three parties will collaborate deeply in infrastructure, cloud computing power, and resource incubation, providing targeted support for globally developed AI and Web3 fusion projects with industrial-potential.
In-Depth Dialogue: Promoting the Global Layout of Asia’s Financial Technology Ecosystem
In the thematic discussion segment, the forum held in-depth dialogues around three core topics: “Web3 × AI × Payment,” “Institutional-Grade RWA,” and “RWA × DeFi.” Participating guests conducted multi-dimensional discussions on challenges such as the intelligentization of payment scenarios driven by AI, compliant paths for cross-border transactions, and issues like trust-building and liquidity enhancement that institutional-grade RWA faces in institutional applications. They also unanimously believe that the deep integration of RWA and DeFi will become the core driving force of financial infrastructure, pushing a revolutionary shift in finance from the physical world to the digital world. Through multi-dimensional resonance—policy guidance, technical discussions, and ecosystem co-construction—this forum provides a clear path for the development of global financial new infrastructure. As an international financial and innovation hub, Hong Kong is continuously playing a bridging role, promoting the global layout and sustainable development of Asia’s financial technology ecosystem.
