ME News report: On April 22 (UTC+8), according to Beating Monitoring, Quantum Bit has exclusively stated that the 100B new model Elephant Alpha, which OpenRouter previously launched anonymously, comes from Ant Group’s AI lab Antling (Inclusion AI). OpenRouter’s official account has only released three descriptions—parameter scale, same-level SOTA performance, and token efficiency—without mentioning the manufacturer. Antling has previously open-sourced nearly 20 models, including Ling-1T, and has mostly taken the large-parameter route; Elephant Alpha is its first small-parameter model to appear in OpenRouter’s anonymous channel.
