Many people are still wondering: should I set up a relay station?

But the more important question is:
In this chain, which position do you compete for?
AI relay stations seem to be selling APIs,
but essentially they are selling resources, scheduling, and delivery.
Upstream focuses on resources,
midstream focuses on capabilities,
downstream focuses on channels.
Few can cover the entire chain,
so the real opportunity is not in "doing everything," but in "securing a position."
If you have account sources, you provide supply.
If you have channels, you build infrastructure.
If you have users, you handle distribution.
If you have operational capabilities, you sell stability.
The most valuable thing in this industry has never been running a station,
but whether you can occupy a position that others cannot do without.
