Wu said that, according to Ember monitoring, after the Arbitrum Security Council froze 30,766 ETH related to the KelpDAO attack, the hacker began transferring approximately 75,700 ETH held on the Ethereum mainnet, which comes to about $175 million based on the chart’s figures and methodology, and there have already been multiple small ETH transactions that have been split and transferred via the privacy payment protocol UmbraCash, suggesting the hacker may be accelerating money laundering and splitting transaction paths.
