Techub News: The Arbitrum Security Council has taken emergency measures to freeze on-chain addresses related to the KelpDAO vulnerability, totaling 30,766 ETH. The council confirmed the attacker’s identity with the assistance of law enforcement agencies and proceeded with the response without affecting any users or applications. After technical assessment and review, the Security Council has implemented a fund migration plan, transferring the relevant assets to an intermediate frozen wallet. As of 11:26 PM Eastern Time on April 20, the above funds have been transferred, and the original address is no longer accessible. Future fund flows will be determined and coordinated by the Arbitrum governance process.
