A person's inner state will directly determine how they treat others. Those who are fulfilled, stable, and content tend to focus more on experiencing life itself, so they do not waste energy on blaming, arguing, or criticizing others; whereas when someone frequently criticizes, insists on right and wrong, or belittles others, it is often not because the external world truly has so many problems, but because they lack internal fulfillment, are anxious, or lack self-identity, and need to maintain their sense of worth through external comparison. Therefore, rather than fixating on others' behavior, it is better to treat these emotions as signals, reflecting on whether you lack happiness, excessively seek validation, or do not accept yourself enough. True transformation is not about "winning over others," but about shifting focus from judgment to experience, from external validation to internal fulfillment.
