When a person is in a low point, the real problem is often not a lack of effort, but still using old methods to force through a changed environment. Just like a hunting dog that falls into a pit, constantly fixated on the single solution of "jumping out," while ignoring the foothold that has long been present beneath its feet. The key to changing fate does not lie in a burst of willpower, but in structural adjustments: first making the environment controllable, restoring the brain's judgment; then repairing sleep patterns and physical health, bringing rationality back online; finally updating cognition, discarding outdated maps, and understanding the world in new ways. When the environment, body, and cognition are adjusted simultaneously, opportunities that were previously invisible will appear, and a way out will open accordingly.
