Many times you think you are insomnia, but it's not actually that you can't sleep, rather that your emotions have no outlet. Nighttime is when people let down their defenses, and those suppressed and ignored emotions from the day quietly surface, making thoughts become clearer and more alert. Emotions are like a child; the more you resist or blame, the more they cling and won't let go. Sleepiness is never something to be fought for; it naturally arrives in peace after you reconcile with yourself. Instead of forcing yourself to sleep, it's better to quietly watch those thoughts come and go, without judgment or resistance. When you begin to understand those unseen emotions and allow your imperfect self to exist, your inner self will gradually relax. What is truly needed is not to clear the mind, but to accept yourself in this moment. Before sleep, gently say to yourself: Today I have done enough; the rest is up to tomorrow.
