According to Lookonchain monitoring, in the KelpDAO vulnerability incident, the attacker deposited rsETH into Aave to borrow ETH, leading to bad debt on Aave. A large number of whales have begun withdrawing ETH from Aave, and the capital utilization rate of ETH on Aave has now risen to 100%.
