Relationships between people do not entirely depend on effortful maintenance, but more on whether interactions are natural, comfortable, and whether both parties can support each other in the long term; when a relationship consistently feels burdensome and painful, it often indicates an imbalance in interaction, and the relationship may gradually become distant. Good relationships are usually mutual and relaxed, rather than one-sided consumption, but the existence of a relationship is not only about "value exchange" but also includes the accumulation of emotions, trust, and shared experiences. Instead of overanalyzing the fear of losing a relationship, it’s better to focus more on personal growth; when a person continuously improves themselves and maintains mental and physical stability, they are often more likely to attract suitable relationships. But at the same time, it’s important to acknowledge that human relationships are dynamic and change over time, with closeness and distance, and the key is to reduce excessive expectations of relationships, finding a better balance between reality and expectations, thereby achieving a more stable inner sense.
