Recently, I've seen a bunch of PFPs being swapped around, along with the "membership rights" and "brand storytelling" packages. Basically, it's often just a leasing period for attention. When things are hot, everyone seems to be involved in a big event; when it cools down, only the avatars remain. There may be long-term value, but I trust more in those that can be embedded into infrastructure or truly clarify community rules and resource distribution. Otherwise, it easily turns into emotional voting.

These days, hardware wallets are out of stock, which reminds me: no matter how good-looking the avatar, it can't block phishing links. Don't rely on "brand endorsement" for security—stay calm when needed, sign offline if possible, and avoid slips. Anyway, I'm still slowly assembling mine. Better to miss out on the hype than to cause myself trouble.
