Confidence is not a prerequisite for action, but a result of action. What truly determines whether you are confident is not whether you are "ready," but whether you can choose to act despite fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. Many people mistakenly believe that they need to have confidence first before starting, but in reality, only by taking the first step can the brain accumulate evidence through actual experience and gradually build self-identity and confidence. At the same time, because humans are naturally prone to "negative bias," remembering failure and negative information more easily, it is necessary to record progress to counteract this tendency. The process of building confidence is essentially a continuous training process: starting with breaking down small goals, receiving positive feedback through action, and learning to accept emotions while moving forward with imperfection.
