A fun fact from the crypto world - Matt Huang from Paradigm ( an investment firm managing around $12 billion ) shares his philosophy about working with the younger generation. And honestly, his perspective is quite fresh.

Huang doesn’t hide that Gen Z employees sometimes bring a bit of chaos to the office. But here’s the catch – their creativity and technical skills are on a completely different level. He doesn’t worry about unpredictability because he knows that young talents often bring innovations that traditional professionals simply don’t see.

He cites Charlie Noyes as an example, who at age 19 dropped out of MIT and joined Paradigm. Noyes became a key figure in MEV research and the entire story of Flashbots. It’s this kind of creativity and determination of young people that is transforming the Ethereum ecosystem.

Huang compares his team to running the X-Men Academy – chaos, unpredictability, but also incredible power. It’s this combination of creativity and technical ability that makes Paradigm invest in the younger generation instead of seeking traditional career paths.

It seems that the future of crypto belongs to those who can combine innovative thinking with real skills. And Paradigm understands this perfectly.
