Abstract generation in progress

ME News Report, April 16 (UTC+8), startup Smartbase recently launched an automation solution designed to help manufacturers (such as processing workshops) eliminate manual data entry of purchase orders. Its process allows users to upload scanned documents or connect their email to import purchase orders, then use AI to extract data from cluttered files based on customer-defined business rules (such as specific customer pricing) and convert it into an ERP-ready format. After reviewing and approving the orders on the dashboard, the orders can be automatically synchronized to the ERP system; the platform can also optionally automatically print work orders from the ERP. The company was co-founded by Sam Goldman (CEO) and Taira Fujioka (CTO), with a team experienced in on-site factories, and is currently seeking to connect with manufacturing industry practitioners to expand its business.
