ME News message, April 5 (UTC+8): Brazil crypto exchange Mercado Bitcoin’s latest analysis shows that within two months after major global crises occur, Bitcoin’s performance tends to outperform traditional safe-haven assets such as gold. The study analyzed a 60-day window following economic or geopolitical shocks and found that Bitcoin’s return rate is higher than that of gold and the S&P 500 in each period. The analysis states that although Bitcoin has higher volatility, it always rebounds quickly after the crisis and is the best-performing asset over the past decade. (Source: PANews)
