Canary Capital has filed an S-1 application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), seeking to list an exchange-traded fund that tracks the spot price of the PEPE token. In the filing, Canary stated that PEPE was launched in April 2023, with a total supply of more than 420 trillion units, and noted that the meme coin has no utility. Last year, Canary also submitted ETF application requests related to tracking the prices of MOG and Pengu. (Source: BlockBeats)
