As the ecosystem comes on a large scale, once the mainnet is fully open-sourced and public and transparent, there won’t be prices as low as they are now.

If institutions aren't coming in now, it's your chance. Anyway, if it drops by a penny, buy 1,000 units. It doesn't matter if it keeps falling; just buy during the dip. Unfortunately, it hasn't dropped enough—only a penny in a few days. The bears aren't strong enough. Hopefully, it drops to a few cents.
