SBF accuses the judge of bias, claiming the judge should recuse themselves from the case.
ME News update, March 31 (UTC+8), SBF posted on social media saying that Delaware’s chief judge, who was accused of having bias, recused himself from three cases and questioned why Federal Court Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York did not recuse himself in his case. He said Kaplan engaged in improper conduct during the proceedings, including allegations of expressing a biased attitude in front of the jury. SBF believes the relevant judge should recuse himself from his case by referring to similar cases.
