Abstract generation in progress

ME News update, April 1 (UTC+8). Recently, Amazon Science published an opinion suggesting that as AI model sizes grow, their insight may actually decline. AWS has found a formula that could change the status quo, pointing out that intelligence hinges on time rather than the scale of model parameters. This implies that the development of artificial intelligence should focus more on learning efficiency, continuous training, and adaptability rather than simply expanding models. Amazon Science’s research areas are broad, including automated reasoning, cloud computing and systems, computer vision, conversational AI and natural language processing, machine learning, quantum technologies, robotics, and more. It aims to build more efficient, reliable, and scalable AI systems through interdisciplinary exploration. (Source: InFoQ)
