ME News message, March 31 (UTC+8), the identity of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s bail guarantors has been disclosed, including former dean of Stanford Law School Larry Kramer and research scientist Andreas Paepcke; the two provided bail guarantees of $500,000 and $200,000, respectively. The report said that the bulk of SBF’s $250 million bail was backed primarily by real estate properties in California owned by his parents. Previously, his lawyers had tried to keep the identities of the guarantors confidential, but the court, at the request of the media, ordered that they be made public. At present, the case is still ongoing, and SBF is facing multiple fraud charges. (Source: ChainCatcher)
