I just learned about what IBO is and see that it’s a pretty good opportunity for newcomers to crypto who want to get involved early.

IBO (Initial Bitcoin Offering) is basically a launchpad platform running directly on Bitcoin and other UTXO chains. Unlike traditional ICOs, IBO operates based on the RGB++ protocol—a technology that allows Bitcoin to have more powerful programmability while maintaining security. The cool thing is that it doesn’t require cross-chain bridges; everything happens directly on the UTXO chain.

Its mechanism is also quite interesting. When a project launches an IBO, the raised funds are automatically locked and initial liquidity is created on the UTXO exchange. Most of the project’s tokens are distributed for free to the community through staking instead of being fully sold to VCs, which helps the tokens circulate faster and more fairly for everyone.

What is the price of IBO? It’s equivalent to the seed round price, meaning the community and VCs have equal opportunities. If the project doesn’t complete its sale within the specified time, the IBO will fail and the funds will be automatically refunded—no risk involved.

To make money from IBO, you can directly participate in promising projects, buy tokens at a low price, and wait for the project to develop. Additionally, staking CKB (Nervos) is another way to join this ecosystem and receive airdrops. The key is to closely monitor market developments and stay updated on new projects to take profits at the right time.

In summary, what is IBO? It’s a new way for projects to raise funds on Bitcoin that is safer, fairer, and more efficient. If you’re new to crypto, IBO is a field worth exploring further and could be an opportunity to earn your first money in the crypto world.
