I just realized that many newcomers to the market are still a bit unclear about what leverage is. Today, I will share what I have learned after many years of trading, which might help you.
Simply put, leverage is a tool that allows you to control a much larger amount of money than your actual capital invested. For example, if you have $1,000 in your account, with 100:1 leverage, you can trade a value of up to $100,000. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, it kind of is, but the trap lies in the fact that risks are amplified proportionally.
The so-called margin is the minimum amount you nee

Coffee trading – an opportunity many Vietnamese investors still haven’t paid enough attention to. Today, I’d like to share a few insights about this commodities market, especially an approach through coffee CFDs.
Coffee is not only the favorite beverage of billions of people worldwide—it’s also a commodity traded actively across global financial markets. This market is valued at about $127 billion in 2023 and is forecast to grow by around 4.72% per year. But what’s interesting is that coffee prices fluctuate dramatically, influenced by weather, harvests, and geopolitical policies—and it’s prec

I recently looked back into the Chinese stock market and realized there are quite a few opportunities being overlooked. This market is still "undervalued" according to experts, even though China is the second-largest economy in the world. In fact, the market capitalization of Chinese stocks is only a small fraction compared to the NYSE or Nasdaq — pretty surprising, right?
The challenge is that foreign investors (including myself) can't easily buy directly. They face restrictions on ownership ratios, complicated account opening procedures, and issues transferring money abroad. But there's anot

I just realized something quite interesting about MACD that most people overlook. Instead of waiting for crossovers like 90% of traders, I started focusing on the MACD Histogram—the thing most beginners only see as the green and red bars underneath the chart.
What’s the problem with crossovers? They’re slow. Very slow. When MACD crosses Signal, the trend has already been underway for a long time. If you enter the trade then, you’re at least 3–5 candles behind smart money. Then the price pulls back, triggers stop losses, and you place a trade with a poor risk-reward ratio. I’ve seen too many ac

I just met someone asking how to use MACD effectively, so I remembered that this is a really good tool if you understand how to use it correctly.
MACD is basic; it was developed back in the late 70s by Gerald Appeal. It calculates the difference between two EMAs (12-day and 26-day) to see which way the price trend is heading. If MACD is positive, the price is trending upward; if negative, it's trending downward. Very simple.
What makes it useful is that it has three parts: the Signal Line, which is an EMA(9) of the MACD itself, used to confirm signals; and the Histogram, which shows the distan

I have just thoroughly researched the best forex platforms to start trading, and in fact, the opportunity is very good right now because the foreign exchange market has been highly volatile over the past six months.
There are 13 forex platforms I find most notable. Mitrade is a good choice for beginners because of its user-friendly interface, no commission fees, 1:200 leverage, and only $50 needed to start. Exness offers leverage up to 1:2000 (10 times higher), and you don't even need an initial deposit. FBS is popular in Vietnam because depositing via local banks is easy, with low spreads, 1:

I just realized that iron ore is actually a pretty interesting topic, but also far more complex than many people think—especially if you want to trade it on the international commodities market.
So, what is iron ore? Simply put, it is metallic iron extracted through industrial processes, mainly for steel production (accounting for about 98% of mined output). Steel is widely used in construction and infrastructure, and today it is even more important in producing electric vehicles, electrolysis equipment, and wind turbines. So demand for iron ore actually reflects the health of the global econo

I just received quite a few questions from new traders about Lot and Pip—two concepts that, if you don’t understand them clearly, can very easily “blow up” your account within a few minutes. Today, I’ll break down these two terms in detail, along with a capital management formula that major investment funds use.
Let’s start with the basic question: What is a Lot?
If you shop for vegetables by “bunch,” and meat by “kg,” then in the financial market, a Lot is the unit used to measure your trading volume. Simply put—Lot shows how much you are buying/selling.
Currently, there are 4 main types of L

I just learned in detail about a rather interesting product in Vietnam’s stock market that not everyone knows about—covered warrants. Honestly, at first I was also pretty confused about what covered warrants are and how they differ from other products like options or regular stocks.
Simply put, covered warrants are a type of security that lets you buy or sell an underlying stock at a predetermined price, and you only have this right until the expiration date. The good part is that you don’t actually need to own that stock—only the price difference is settled in cash. If we compare what covered

I just realized that many of you are still confused between options, warrants, and futures. Today I will explain it clearly.
There are 3 things you need to understand: With options, you only have the right but are not obligated to execute. In contrast, futures require you to buy/sell obligatorily at maturity. Warrants can only be issued by securities companies.
Why are options good? Because you can make a profit even when prices go down. Buying Bitcoin at 28k USD but the price drops to 20k? No problem, you only lose the premium fee, not the entire capital. That’s how options protect you.

I just realized something quite interesting about how retail investors are searching for signals to predict the market. Although we are living in the 21st century with advanced technology, there is a chart from over 150 years ago that is creating waves in the crypto and finance communities.
The Benner chart originates from a farmer named Samuel Benner, who suffered heavy losses during the 1873 depression. Instead of just stepping back, he decided to study economic patterns and published a famous book in 1875 called "Business Forecasts of Future Ups and Downs in Prices." What’s special is that

I just realized that quite a few people still don't fully understand what a liquidity pool is, so today I will explain it in the simplest way possible.
Have you ever wondered when using DEXs like Uniswap or PancakeSwap, how you can swap USDT for ETH without anyone selling it to you? That's a good question, and the answer lies in what's called a liquidity pool.
Simply put, a liquidity pool is a digital "water tank" containing two types of tokens, for example USDT and ETH. When you want to exchange USDT for ETH, you don't need to find a seller—instead, you "pour" USDT into the pool and "scoop ou

I just realized that many traders haven't truly understood what NFP is and why it is so important to the crypto market. Today, I want to share some thoughts on this issue.
NFP, or officially the Non-Farm Payrolls, basically shows us the number of new jobs created or lost in the U.S. economy each month. The interesting part is that it only counts non-farm workers and government employees. This data directly impacts wages, consumer spending, and the overall health of the U.S. economy.
But why is NFP important for us in crypto? Simply because it has a strong influence on market sentiment. When th

Recently, I noticed that two trading schools are extremely popular in the trader community—especially among people who want to stop using indicators randomly. They are SMC and ICT. So what exactly is SMC that gets so much attention? To understand it clearly, you need to know that SMC (Smart Money Concepts) is based on a simple yet extremely powerful idea: the market doesn’t move randomly—it’s driven by big institutions like banks, hedge funds, and major players. Instead of chasing traditional indicators, SMC traders focus on price structure and on how institutions accumulate and then filter li

I recently researched which country is the richest in Asia by GDP per capita and was quite surprised by the results. Singapore topped the list, followed by Qatar. The wealthiest countries in Asia are actually small nations with very strong economies.
The top 10 include: Singapore, Qatar, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Brunei, Kuwait, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. Interestingly, Japan and South Korea also made the list, showing the economic strength of these large countries.
Do you know that the richest country in Asia is not necessarily the largest country? Singapore is a p

Recently, I realized that many traders operate on the 5-minute chart but haven't mastered how to effectively combine indicators. Today, I want to share how to use RSI and MACD—these two indicators are quite useful if you know how to coordinate them.
First, RSI is the Relative Strength Index, which helps us identify when the market is overbought or oversold. This indicator ranges from 0 to 100. When RSI exceeds 70, it signals that the market is overbought and may soon decline. Conversely, when RSI drops below 30, it indicates oversold conditions, meaning the price might rebound soon.
So, what i

I just saw some new traders entering the market starting to "play" with martingale without fully understanding it, so I want to share some things I’ve learned.
What is martingale? Simply put, it’s a strategy of increasing the size of your trades after each loss. It originally came from gambling games in casinos, and later traders realized it could be applied to financial markets. Its basic principle is very simple: if you lose a trade, then increase the next trade size. If you lose again, increase again. Repeat this until the price turns around and you make a profit. At that point, you not onl

Have you ever encountered a situation where the price of a coin suddenly skyrockets within a few hours and then crashes rapidly? That is exactly the pump and dump phenomenon I am about to share with you. It is one of the most common market manipulation strategies in the current crypto space.
The operation of pump and dump is quite simple. Large investors, also known as whales, will accumulate a large amount of coins when the price is low. Then they create noise on forums and social media to stimulate FOMO among new investors. When enough people buy in, the price reaches a record high, and bam,

I just realized that many of you are still unclear about the Funding Rate, especially how to calculate the funding rate accurately. Today, I want to share some experiences about this mechanism because it’s really important when you trade futures or perpetual swaps.
The Funding Rate is basically the interest fee paid periodically between traders. Its main purpose is to keep the futures price from deviating too far from the actual spot price. When the futures price is higher than the spot, long position holders will pay short sellers, and vice versa. This mechanism helps balance the market quite

Does anyone still remember the story of KFK? Back in 2019, a Douban account appeared claiming to be from the year 2060 and interacted with over 270 questions. The shocking part is that the accuracy of these answers exceeded 80%, covering topics from the 2032 Olympic location, the Nepal landslide in August, to pandemics and economic upheavals in the early 2020s. I just rewatched an AI analysis of this KFK 2060 prophecy, which is quite interesting.
Looking at what KFK revealed, we can imagine what the world in 2060 might look like. First is technology. According to him, artificial intelligence,
