Ethereum treasury company Bitmine deposited 167,000 ETH $342 million into Ethereum staking 6 hours ago. It seems their current strategy is to keep the staking rate at 70%: periodically depositing 70% of the purchased ETH into staking and holding the remaining 30%. As the largest ETH holder and staking institution, they hold 4.732 million ETH $963 million, of which 70% equals 3.31 million ETH.
