$PI changed phones and logged into Sesame, but all the original data is gone and the balance became zero. Does anyone know what's going on?

Account login issues are definitely not limited to a single account

Contact online customer service: App - Home page - Avatar icon in upper left corner - Popup page click 🎧 in upper right corner - "Can't find an answer, click here" - Enter "human service" in the input box below - Select "Transfer to human service" in the reply message and select the relevant issue.
