$PI China has approximately 200000 people with about 1500 coins each, 5000 people with about 50000 coins each, 500 people with about 500000 coins each, and 50 people with about 2000000 coins each. This only removes 900 million coins. The current circulating supply is approximately 9.7 billion. The circulation is constantly increasing. Even if Chinese people increase by 3 times to 2.7 billion coins and don't sell any, there would still be 7 billion in circulating supply. So how can the price possibly go up?
