Well-known Ethereum bull in the crypto market, Liquid Capital founder Yi Lihua's associated wallet is suspected of using Aave collateralized lending to short 27,000 ETH, with a market value exceeding $57 million. The relevant ETH has been transferred to exchanges to execute a dump.

Previously, Yi Lihua had been consistently bullish on Ethereum for a long time, holding a large position of 658,100 ETH. During this bear market, after suffering a massive loss of over $680 million due to continuous price declines, he liquidated his holdings and exited the market. This shift from a staunch long-term supporter to a large-scale short seller marks a significant reversal in both his statements and actions, causing panic among market participants about ETH's future trend and greatly increasing short-term volatility.

As of now, Yi Lihua has not responded to the suspected shorting activity, and on-chain position movements are still being monitored. #易理华疑似转空2.7万枚ETH
