All the things that make you angry can help you understand yourself better. If you don't understand this sentence, that's okay. Keep listening, and you'll get it. Anyone who has been exposed to the internet, or if you're a streamer, you don't need to do anything special. Even if you don't say a word, just appearing on the live broadcast can make you a target for some people's attacks. Why do some people seem to have such a heavy aura of hostility? Why are they so easily angered? Why do they find it hard to tolerate others? The answer is in that very sentence: all the things that make you angry can help you understand yourself better.
Unless someone has done something utterly despicable, your anger towards them is often a form of self-defense and self-protection. Because their presence forces you to confront your own internal vulnerabilities that you cannot bear. Someone who exudes a relaxed aura can irritate those who are constantly tense. Someone confidently showing off their appearance and figure can provoke those with appearance anxiety. Someone boldly expressing their emotions can anger those who have long suppressed their feelings. When a person has a part of themselves, a feeling, or a trauma that they cannot cope with or endure, their brain, in order to protect them, must project what they cannot handle outward, onto others. In other words, to avoid hating themselves, they must hate others. To prevent intense self-attack and to keep going with their life, they have to attack others. This is projection.
Hearing this, you'll understand that you can never make everyone like you. True maturity is knowing clearly that sometimes, other people's emotions have nothing to do with you. You don't need to be responsible for others' feelings.
