#数字资产市场动态 There is a trader from Southwest China in the circle of friends who has been in the crypto world for 8 years. Using the simplest methods, he turned an initial seed fund of 16,000 into over 3 million. The entire process relied not on any insider information, but on thoroughly understanding and executing a few simple yet effective principles.
Today, I want to share six ironclad rules he has validated through real trading, which are much more practical than piling up technical indicators:
**Rule 1: Sharp rise with gentle correction = funds quietly entering the market.**
A fierce increase followed by a mild pullback often indicates big players are lowering volatility to build positions. Don’t be scared by short-term candlestick fluctuations; rhythm is the key to judgment.
**Rule 2: Sudden drop with weak rebound = funds quietly exiting.**
If the price drops sharply and cannot recover, it shows continuous outflow of capital. At this point, bottom-fishing becomes riskier, and the mindset is most likely to collapse.
**Rule 3: Increasing volume at a high level doesn’t necessarily mean a top.**
Sometimes, continued volume at the top signals a final push. The real danger is when volume shrinks at the top, which often means the market has run out of steam.
**Rule 4: Single large volume at the bottom is unreliable; look for consecutive volume increases.**
A one-time surge in volume is often just bluffing. Only repeated volume spikes indicate a gradual market consensus forming.
**Rule 5: Trading cryptocurrencies is fundamentally about human psychology, not charts.**
All complex technical analysis ultimately points to market sentiment, and volume is the most straightforward indicator of emotion.
**Rule 6: The highest state is "nothing."**
No desires, no fears, no attachments—only then can you endure long periods of inactivity and have the chance to catch the real big moves.
This logic applies to cycles of $BTC, $ETH, and even mainstream coins. It doesn’t rely on calls or predictions but on mastering volume, price, and sentiment.
