After trying it out, I realized that although spot trading slowly incurs losses, contracts are truly ruthless—they can wipe out your account in just a few hours. My own lesson is: during the $ETH surge to $3000, I was liquidated directly. It seems that contract trading offers quick gains, but in reality, the risks are even faster. Either play it honestly with spot trading, or be extremely strict with your position management; otherwise, running out of funds is only a matter of time.

lol ETH at 3k and still getting liquidated? that's not a leverage story, that's a risk management failure waiting to happen. technically speaking if you looked at the correlation coefficient between position sizing and account survival rate you'd see why spot's literally the only play that scales. degens gonna degen tho

Contracts are really not for humans to play with; leverage of several times can disappear in the blink of an eye.
