#大户持仓变化 To have a long-lasting trading career, never loosen the risk control bottom line. Set clear stop-loss and take-profit standards, and then be ruthless in execution—no luck, no discounts. Cut when it’s time to cut, run when it’s time to run. $BTC $ETH and other major coins can wipe out half of your profits with their volatility, so rather than chasing the thrill of buying high and selling low, I care more about locking in existing profits. The market is buzzing 24/7, with all kinds of information flying around. Instead of being overwhelmed by the noise, it's better to stick to discipline, block out emotions, and securely hold onto your gains—that’s the mindset of a winner.

You are absolutely right. I only realized after falling into too many traps that stop-loss is a crucial hurdle to overcome.

I just can't execute it. I keep thinking about waiting to see if it can rebound, but the rebound never comes, and it drops even worse.

Risk control is truly the most boring yet most important thing in trading.

Exactly right, but the difficulty lies in actually implementing the stop-loss. When I see the coin dropping, I just can't bring myself to do it.

That's right, cutting losses really tests human nature more than holding onto coins.

Exactly right, the hurdle of stop-loss must be crossed with determination, or else a single retracement will wipe out all previous gains.

Anyone still stubbornly holding on now has a gambler's mentality, there's nothing more to say.

The volatility of major cryptocurrencies is truly frightening. I’ve experienced some losses before I realized how important it is to preserve the principal.

There's too much noise. Blocking out most information actually helps me stay more clear-headed.

Exactly right, I was defeated by the words "Just wait a little longer and you'll break even."

That's right, cutting losses really requires a ruthless attitude. I've seen too many people who almost quit but then suddenly re-enter with a full stake, ending up losing everything in the end.

Well said. Stop-loss is truly the best way to survive in this market. I personally learned this lesson after being burned twice by a reverse move in BTC... But to be fair, knowing and doing are two different things. Sometimes I can't help but keep watching the candlesticks, so I need to set up a mental barrier for myself.
