Domain squatting cases are always interesting imo, because it exposes the behaviour of the owner of the domain and how they acted determines if they registered in bad faith.

It's a matter of time before this comes to ENS domains and other blockchain identifiers

So lambo.eth with a profile picture of a lambo might not be your best move.
