How to Participate

Event Details

Event 1: Newbie Exclusive “Trial-and-Error Insurance”

During the event, new users who make their first BNB Chain trade on the Meme Go platform and incur a loss on their first closed order (buy and sell), with a transaction amount of no less than 100 USDT equivalent, will receive full compensation for the gas fees and slippage loss incurred in that trade (maximum reimbursement of 5 USDT equivalent tokens).

• Reward Rules: Limited to the first 400 eligible deduplicated devices (based on the order of first closed orders), first come, first served.
• Device Deduplication Rules: If multiple wallet addresses under the same device ID participate in newbie trading, Gate Web3 will only count one newbie protection qualification for that device ID, specifically the wallet address that completes the first closed order earliest under that device. Other wallet addresses created or linked under the same device will not be counted.

Event 2: Invite Friends, Get 30% Trading Commission and 20% Self-Rebate

Go to the Gate Web3 invite friends page to generate an invite link, invite friends to bind your invite code, and you can get the newly launched 30% trading commission. If your friend uses a newly created wallet and binds the inviter’s code within 7 days, the friend also receives a 20% trading fee rebate. If the invite code is not bound, the 20% trading fee rebate will not be awarded.

• Note: The invite friends event rewards are entirely based on genuine trading activity. Multiple addresses from the same device that provide real trading volume are considered legitimate. Device deduplication is not applied for the invite commission.

Event 3: BNB Chain “Ultimate Shield” Challenge (Prize Pool Circuit Breaker)

During the event, users trading BNB Chain tokens on Meme Go will have their “shield level” determined based on their cumulative trading volume during the event. If a user is in a net loss position at event settlement, the platform will compensate according to the corresponding shield level and subsidy cap.

• Total Budget Cap: The total subsidy budget for this event is capped at 20,000 USDT equivalent.
• Priority Distribution Mechanism: Before the budget is exhausted, eligible deduplicated devices will receive compensation according to the rules. When the budget is insufficient to fully pay all qualified users, the system will distribute to users with higher contribution (by cumulative trading volume, in descending order). For users with the same trading volume, the system will distribute by the order in which they achieved the qualifying threshold.
• Circuit Breaker Mechanism: Once the total budget is fully consumed by high-volume users, subsequent eligible devices will not receive compensation even if they meet the shield requirements (no additional budget will be allocated).

3. Device Deduplication Rules

• If multiple wallet addresses under the same device ID participate in trading: Gate Web3 will only count one shield qualification for that device ID, specifically the wallet address with the largest cumulative trading volume under that device during the event. Other candidate addresses created on the same device will not be counted.
• Example: Device A has addresses a1 and a2, both participate and incur losses. If a2 has the largest cumulative trading volume during the event and meets the diamond shield standard, then Device A’s “shield subsidy” qualification is based on address a2, and a1 does not occupy a quota.

3. Anti-abuse mechanism: The system will automatically monitor wash trading, abnormal fund transfers, extremely short-term deposits/withdrawals, etc. If a device is deemed to require compliance review or is found to be cheating, Gate Web3 reserves the right to flag and exclude abnormal addresses from subsidies and may cancel the quota, moving it on to the next eligible device (without further notice).
4. Net loss definition: Net loss = (Total BNB Chain token purchase cost during the event + trading fees) - (total selling value + BNB Chain token holding value at event end). If the result is ≤ 0, it is considered no loss or profitable, and no subsidy will be given.
5. All airdrop rewards will be issued within 14 working days after the event ends.
6. Gate reserves the right to cancel the participation of any user involved in fraud, manipulation, or deceitful behavior, including but not limited to wash trading, self-trading, bulk account registration, or any other abnormal method of participation.
7. Users participating in multiple events during the same period can only receive one airdrop, according to the highest airdrop value. The platform reserves the right of final interpretation for this event.
8. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
