3. Go short if the price rises to around 3190, stop loss at 3220
4. If the price rises and holds above 3230, you can chase long; if it doesn't hold and forms a wick, go short
5. On the 15-minute chart, if it breaks below 2970 with a solid candle, go short, stop loss at 3000
