#比特币波动性 Can I turn my life around after carrying a heavy debt on my back?

Yes. I am the living proof that crawled up from the bottom of the pit.

After years of struggling in the cryptocurrency circle, I've seen too many people. When the bull market comes, they charge in more aggressively than anyone else, and when the correction hits, they disappear without a trace. That was me back in the day too. Young and arrogant, I always thought that if I could catch a few waves, I could navigate this market with ease.

In that market in 2021, I made my first small goal with half a Bitcoin as capital.
The moment my account turned green, I felt like I was floating. "Just one more bet, and I'll stop"—this sentence kept playing in my mind. However, the market turned much faster and harsher than I had imagined. The small goal was gone, and my years of savings evaporated completely.

To fill the hole, I started using my credit card, borrowing money from friends, and mortgaging everything I could. The debt was like a snowball, getting bigger and bigger. During that time, staring at the K-line charts at three or four in the morning became a routine, and my heart rate even exceeded the fluctuations in the market. When my family asked, I didn't dare to tell the truth, and when friends advised me to stop, I became even more frantically invested.

Until one day, I forced myself to sit down and write down every losing trade on paper.
As I was writing, I suddenly realized one thing:
The problem is not with technology, but with desire, fantasy, and impulse controlling my hand.

I set three strict rules for myself:
Heavy position? No way.
Ambiguous signals? Don't touch.
Stop-loss line? It must be strictly enforced.

It's much harder to execute than I imagined. When others were chasing the rise, I stayed put; when others were fully invested, I only dared to test with a small position. In the first three months, my account slowly grew from a few thousand to thirty thousand; after another three months, it rose to over one hundred thousand.

When the next wave of market recovery comes, the people around me will start to gamble big and charge in with full positions. But I have become more stable instead.
When they pounce upwards, I climb slowly step by step; when they want to reach the ceiling, I secure my profits in advance; when they panic sell, I instead buy in batches.

The account balance is gradually increasing, and my mindset is also becoming more resilient.
I no longer bet on direction, but follow the market rhythm. The steadier, the more money I can make.

Those who climb out of the abyss see the market more clearly than anyone else.

That's right, the mindset is the biggest enemy, while the technique is secondary.

Indeed, those who can make money are the ones who can control their greed; most people simply cannot do this.

Sounds nice, but how long have these three rules been upheld? I've seen too many people say such things, and when the next wave of market comes, they go all in with a full position.

Oh, this story sounds a bit familiar. What happened to those guys who went all in back then?

Really, my palms are sweaty after watching this. I have also experienced those days of staring at the screen at three or four in the morning, it was so damn real.

It sounds good, but how many can hold up when it really matters? I think most will still repeat the same mistakes.

ngl the whole "discipline beats greed" arc is peak cope when you're watching others 10x while you're nibbling at crumbs with your micro positions... but yeah the mempool doesn't lie, same rules apply—timing beats size every time

This story sounds quite familiar, just missing a bit of luck... The real difficulty is still not increasing the position.

This story sounds familiar. Those guys around me who are still watching the market in the early morning will eventually understand this point. The problem really isn't in the technology.
