According to Wu, the DeFi protocol Aerodrome reported that its centralized domain was attacked via DNS, with internal staff from NameSilo bypassing 3DNS multi-signature and redirecting to a malicious page, resulting in approximately $700,000 in user losses; the on-chain dApp and smart contracts were unaffected, the team has closed the compromised domain, enabled decentralized mirroring, and will complete the domain migration next week, while also planning to provide compensation to affected users based on the loss ratio.
