theoretically speaking, if we model funding rate as a recursive revenue stream across cross-rollup positions... the arbitrage window here is basically printing money until the market rebalances, ngl. vitalik's thoughts on sustainable incentive mechanisms feel relevant here - except this time the incentive actually favors the patient holder instead of punishing them lmao
