Holder: what it is and why it's not about fleeing
A holder is simply a holder of cryptocurrencies or stocks who doesn't jump back and forth with every red candle. This is a guy who bought BTC in 2020, saw the price drop by 60%, and calmly went to sleep.
Holder vs bagholder — completely different things. A holder invests with a long-term perspective and waits. A bagholder is someone who has completely forgotten about exiting (lost their private keys, for example 😅).
The essence: bought a good asset (crypto, stocks, gold) and hold it over the long term, waiting for the price to make its move. Yes, there may be pain and losses along the way, but over the long term, it is usually those who do not succumb to panic that win.
Hold is not a tricky strategy, it's about psychology and patience.
