The crypto world is experiencing a big dump, why is it falling? What exactly happened? The problem turns out to be here!
Big dump in the crypto world, why is it falling? What exactly happened? The problem lies here!
I don't know if anyone has noticed a pattern, but every day during the daytime Bitcoin tends to fall, and at night it starts to rise again. Now a silent battle between the Eastern whales and Wall Street capital is quietly unfolding!
Currently, Bitcoin ETFs on Wall Street have seen a net inflow of funds for seven consecutive days, and Bitcoin spikes every night, reaching over 124,000 last night. American funds are continuously buying in, but unfortunately, Shu Qin has noticed that large holders in the East are constantly selling. For example, Yi Lihua from Yede Capital, which we discussed in a previous program, recently transferred over 100,000 ETH to exchanges for sale.
So, to be on the safe side, I decided to take some profits on the rebounds, for example, when Wall Street is open every night, the probability of a rebound in coin prices is quite high. I plan to keep half of my spot positions and wait a bit to see if there are better buying opportunities at lower prices, with Sol as the main holding.
In fact, you see that Sol has started to strengthen compared to Ethereum, with ETH hitting new lows, but Sol has not, and its rebound is even greater. After funds finish moving into Bitcoin and Ethereum, they will slowly rotate into smaller market cap Sol. Now we are just waiting for the U.S. to reopen and for Sol to get the approval for the spot ETF.
In terms of contracts, I believe that there are greater opportunities for short-term trading in the current volatile market, and I've been actively trading. Yesterday, I advised everyone to take profits on the long position at 123,400, and now looking back, it really has no issues at all. If I were to go long again, I would choose to re-enter at the more stable range of 119,700-120,700, with a conservative and stability-focused approach. Now, we are just waiting for the Solana spot ETF to pass early.
