BlockBeats news, on August 14, according to informed sources, the encryption wallet MetaMask is expected to announce details of its own USD stablecoin mUSD as early as this week. The project was previously exposed due to a governance proposal that was released early and quickly deleted, with plans to launch at the end of this month. mUSD is issued with the assistance of the stablecoin payment service provider Bridge (acquired by fintech company Stripe earlier this year) and the stablecoin issuance protocol M^0, and is provided with custody and fund management services by alternative asset management firm Blackstone.
