On platforms like Telegram, many groups claim they’ll help you get rich quickly through crypto. But in reality? Most of them are traps!
Type 1: Classic Pump
• The admins choose a low-volume, unknown token.
• They ask members to buy at the same time.
• This sudden demand pushes the price up.
• But here’s the trick: the admins already bought in early — they’re selling to YOU at the top!
Result: Members get stuck at high prices. The token crashes. Huge losses follow.
Type 2: Hidden (Disguised) Pump
• No public announcement.
• The group quietly spreads fake hype: “Big partnerships!”, “Whales buying!”, “To the moon!”.
• They use fake accounts or paid influencers to build fake confidence.
• People buy in, thinking it’s the next big thing — while insiders dump quietly.
Same result: Retail investors lose, insiders win.
