Jin10 data reported on November 3rd, according to CNBC, Microsoft CEO Nadella recently publicly stated that the company may restart hiring in the next year, but on the condition that existing employees must learn to collaborate with artificial intelligence in a new work model. For example, employees need to learn how to give precise instructions to AI, how to review and optimize AI output results, and devote more energy to strategic decision-making, creative thinking, and solving complex problems. Microsoft has heavily invested in AI over the past year and has undergone multiple rounds of layoffs, the most recent being in July of this year, when about 9,000 employees were laid off. The company currently has 219,000 employees.
